The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold an informational workshop on Thursday, July 26, 2007, to discuss renewable portfolio standards (RPS) and issues related to encouraging the development of renewable energy generation in Florida.
The workshop agenda includes presentations on the development and implementation of a renewable portfolio standard. Potential impacts on Florida's economy and consumers associated with establishing a state RPS will be discussed.
