The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on February 26, 2009, for customers of Tierra Verde Utilities, Inc. (Tierra Verde). The utility provides wastewater service to approximately 1,033 customers in Pinellas County and has applied for an increase in rates. Tierra Verde’s last rate case was in 2006.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
