The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, April 21, Agenda Conference:
ITEM 13: Docket No. 010503-WU – Application for increase in water rates for Seven Springs System in Pasco County by Aloha Utilities, Inc. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the PSC’s jurisdiction over escrow account funds and the appropriate disposition of the escrowed funds.
The other outstanding Aloha Utilities, Inc. dockets (060122-WU, 060606-WS, and 090120-WS) will also be addressed.
ITEM 14: Docket No. 080248-SU – Application for increase in wastewater rates in Pinellas County by Tierra Verde Utilities, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a petition for a rate increase for wastewater service for a system serving approximately 1,033 customers.
ITEM 15: Docket No. 080250-SU – Application for increase in wastewater rates in Pinellas County by Mid-County Services, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a petition for a rate increase for wastewater service for a system serving approximately 2,342 customers.
