The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2009, for customers of Sun Communities Finance, LLC d/b/a Water Oak Utility (Water Oak). The utility provides water and wastewater service to approximately 1,000 customers in Lake County and has applied for a revenue-neutral water rate restructuring to comply with an anticipated requirement of the St. Johns River Water Management District. Water Oak’s last rate case was in 2000.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed revenue-neutral rate restructuring and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
