The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, for customers of Ni Florida, LLC (Ni Florida). The utility provides service to approximately 1 industrial, 145 commercial, and 2,589 residential wastewater customers in Pasco County and has applied for a rate increase. This is Ni Florida’s first rate case before the Commission.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
