The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, November 9 Commission Conference:
ITEM 3: Docket No. 090505-EI – Review of replacement fuel costs associated with the February 26, 2008 outage on Florida Power & Light Company's (FPL) electrical system. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing FPL’s motion for reconsideration.
ITEM 5: Docket No. 100155-EG – Petition for approval of demand-side management plan of Florida Power & Light Company. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing a plan requiring FPL to implement cost-effective energy efficiency programs as required by the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (FEECA).
ITEM 9: Docket No. 100330-WS – Application for increase in water and wastewater rates in Alachua, Brevard, DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Marion, Orange, Palm Beach, Pasco, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, Sumter, Volusia, and Washington Counties by Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing the suspension of the Aqua’s requested final rates and its requested interim rates.
Docket No. 080677-EI – Petition for increase in rates by Florida Power & Light Company.
Docket No. 090130-EI – 2009 depreciation and dismantlement study by Florida Power & Light Company.
The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing Mr. Saporito’s petition and a proposed settlement agreement to resolve outstanding matters in both dockets.
ITEM 11: Docket No. 100410-EI – Review of Florida Power & Light Company's earnings. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing Commission actions regarding FPL’s potential overearnings.
ITEM 12: Docket No. 090501-TP – Petition for arbitration of certain terms and conditions of an interconnection agreement with Verizon Florida, LLC by Bright House Networks Information Services (Florida), LLC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing eight remaining issues the parties were unable to settle through negotiations.
