Florida's Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a hearing beginning Tuesday, May 17, to consider a Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative, Inc. petition to resolve a territorial dispute with Gulf Power Company in Okaloosa County.
At the hearing, all parties will have the opportunity to present testimony and evidence on the issues. The Commission will also consider any motions or other pending matters and may rule on the motions or take the matters under advisement.

If needed, the hearing will continue on Wednesday, May 18.
